ASM Golf, the Asian Seniors Tour and its Sponsors are pleased to announce that following the success of the 2003 Asian Senior Masters the 2005 Asian Senior Masters is to be staged from 11th -13th Nov 2005 at the prestigious Palm Resort Golf & Country Club.

The 2003 ASM event format allowed many of Singapore’s and the Asian region’s leading amateur golfers to compete in the ASM Amateur Finals, playing alongside senior professional golfers competing in the 2003 ASM. Click here for results of the 2003 ASM.

In 2005 the ASM @ Palm Resort field will be expanded to accommodate one hundred and five (105) senior professionals, featuring some of the world's finest senior professionals golfers, with invitations extended to many of Asia's and the World’s top players.

Korea’s Choi Yoon Soo will again defend his title against the European Seniors Tour’s Terry Gale and other worthy contenders.

Choi Sang-ho winner of the recent US$500,000 Maekyung Open has confirmed that he will contest the 2005 ASM. Choi's victory, worth US$98,000, made him the oldest winner on the Asian Tour.

We are honoured to have Korea's top Asian Tour and Asian Seniors Tour representatives both contesting the 2005 ASM.

The 2005 ASM will be played over three-days 11th – 13th Nov 2005 and preceded by six (6) Pro Ams Pro Ams to be played over three-days 8th – 10th Nov leading up to the ASM Amateur Semi-Finals on 11th & 12th Nov and the ASM Amateur Finals to be contested on the 13th Nov 2005. The "Senior Master's" theme aptly reflects what the 2005 ASM has to offer, one hundred and five top caliber senior golfing professionals, each having played the game for over thirty years with hundreds of international victories among them.
